My Night Routine

Healthy Routine
A healthy night- and evening routine is important for everything.
For me it means that i can relax and chill out, which hasn't really happened over the last weeks due to mental complications but eh, just remember to make it worthwhile and relaxing.
What do i do?
Well i personally have multiple things i have been doing for about 4 Years daily. I haven't missed one instance of them.
Now let me show you how i manage it.
Starting with my Browser, i remind myself of them everyday and it looks like this.
Every link to Youtube you can see there, is the same Location, but from different angles. This creates a sense of connection for me to zap through and make it interesting, but not make drastic changes into the experience and you now may ask "What is it now?". Well that's easy to answer.
Yes, it is just this. As i said above, i have been watching this spot for years, even made Plans to visit it once in my lifetime and its just so interesting to observe people.
An excursion to that habit
Some may find it "disturbing" or "creepy" but everyone had those intrusive thoughts of just staring and what people do.
However that is something different. I just observe everything simultaneously, unless you are that one fucking dude in the Apartment building whose Christmas tree runs the whole night (yes i see you, you energy waster!). I am NOT watching specific people here is what i am saying.
Coming back to above the excursion, this spot just has many things to offer of what you can observe. May it be the Highways, the river, the bridge or the trains passing in the Background sometimes. Its just pure bliss and relaxation.
That, however, wasn't everything. I also like to switch it up after about an hour and go watch SeoulWalker. I have been watching this dudes videos since 2019 and have integrated them into my routine roughly somewhere in 2020.
It is so relaxing to watch them in a full once they release and even watch the old ones regularly.
